Our approach is personal, our standards are exacting, and our goal is always the same: to make your celebration effortless, memorable, and uniquely yours.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Tailored Menus: We have some lovely sample menus below but we are equally happy to craft a more bespoke menu around your tastes, preferences, and the occasion.

  • Private Chefs & Service Teams: Professional, discreet, and detail-focused - your Chef will prepare and cook a delicious meal, and our waiting staff will serve drinks, lay the table and serve and clear each course. We leave you with a clean kitchen at the end of the evening so you can put your feet up and relax.

  • At-Home Dining Experiences: From plated dinners to lavish feasting tables, we can discuss and provide the right experience for you and your guests.

  • Themed & Seasonal Menus: Perfect for holidays, special occasions, or just because!

  • Flexible Locations: Your own home, a venue you have hired or a holiday home you’ve rented - some lovely options for this are Earnshill House, The Big House Co, Dillington Estate, Malherbie Group Stays and Sleeps 12 amongst others but we are very happy to cater somewhere completely new too.

We have two sample menus, both showcasing the best produce that the South West has to offer. We invite you to select from one of these menus and then choose two options per course for guests to pre-order from. Alternatively, if you are celebrating something super special and would like us to create a more bespoke menu for you, we will be very happy to do so.

    STARTER

    Oriental smoked duck with Asian slaw, spiced pear puree and a dashi dressing

    Ham hock Scotch egg with pickled vegetables and kupi mayo

    Gravadlax, rye bread, cornichons and a lemon and dill cream

    Heritage beetroot salad with goat’s cheese and horseradish mousse, micro herbs, balsamic pearls and a lemon vinaigrette (V)

    Devon blue, poached pear, candied walnuts and watercress with pear crisp, balsamic and star anise dressing (V) (can be vegan with alternative cheese)

    MAIN COURSE

    Slow-roasted shoulder of Devon lamb with crushed new herb potatoes, minted peas and glazed heritage carrots, a salsa verdi dressing

    Darts Farm rump of beef with fondant potato, caramelised onion, chantenay carrots, fine green beans and a red wine jus

    Sundried tomato and garlic chicken, pomme puree, rosemary and caper sauce with seasonal greens

    Fillet of salmon, pan-fried gnocchi, asparagus, samphire and a tomato butter sauce

    Mushroom wellington with carrot and cumin puree, Romanesco and crispy kale (V) (can be Vegan)

    Pea, broad bean and tenderstem risotto with pea shoots and parmesan crumb (V) (can be Vegan)

    DESSERT

    Milkshed Eton mess with chocolate soil, popping candy, fresh strawberries and mint

    Lemon curd tart with raspberry coulis, meringue and edible flowers

    Sticky toffee pudding with rich caramel sauce, dehydrated sticky toffee crumb and clotted cream

    Chargrilled pineapple with a rum and coconut syrup, pineapple crisp and banana and pineapple sauce (Vegan)

    Fresh burrata with heritage tomatoes, chargrilled courgette, micro basil, rocket, olive oil and balsamic pearls (V) (can be vegan)

    Fresh asparagus with a crispy poached egg, truffle oil and shaved parmesan (V) (can be vegan)

    MAIN COURSE

    Rosemary and garlic lamb rump with hasselback potatoes, carrots and tenderstem broccoli and a lamb jus

    Dart’s Farm Fillet of beef, dauphinoise potatoes, slow-roasted carrot, asparagus and a green peppercorn sauce (£4 supplement)

    Roast pork fillet with pancetta and potato pave, baby leeks, heritage carrots, pork croquette and an Earnshill Estate perry sauce

    Catch of the day with samphire, sauté potatoes, fresh garden peas, pea shoots and a caper butter sauce

    Butternut squash and sage pithivier, wilted spinach, red onion, vine roasted tomatoes and pumpkin seeds (V)

    Miso-glazed aubergine with rainbow quinoa, peas, cumin chargrilled broccoli, spring onion and chilli (vegan)
