  • We chose Milkshed to cater our all vegetarian February wedding at Huntsham Court and we were so glad we did! Katie and team were professional, warm and thoughtful throughout and knew the venue well which was a huge plus. Our tasting was a lovely experience where they showcased their amazing veggie food but also worked with us to create a few personalised options! On the day everything ran so smoothly and the room looked amazing! The food was delicious! The canapés went down a treat, the whole meal delighted even the hardcore meat eaters and the evening tacos were delicious!! We had so many positive comments from all the guests about the food and the staff. We couldn’t have picked a better team to showcase how delicious veggie food can be!   • "Right from the beginning, Katie and the Milkshed team were extremely professional and responsive. They gave us detailed quotes, helpful information and guided us through what can be a daunting process. We stayed at Milkshed accommodation for our tasting (which was optional), and it was a lovely break and very convenient. The tasting itself was superb; the food was beautifully presented and delicious and gave us a good sense of what to expect on the wedding weekend. Of course, the food on the wedding day was exactly as we expected it to be (if not even better!). Throughout our wedding weekend, Milkshed staff were super attentive, polite and professional and it was an absolute pleasure having them around. We did not have to worry about a thing, and it all went flawlessly. Guests commented positively on both the staff and the quality of the food. It was fantastic! They took the time to sit down with us, hear our story, and created custom canapés, mains and puddings that were deeply personal and meaningful to us. Katie and the Milkshed team, we cannot thank you enough for being quite simply the best of the best. From start to finish the whole journey with you was first class. We chose the feasting menu, featuring the most delicious lamb you can imagine. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and we were even able to customise elements to make it feel truly us. The canapés were all perfect, the table service was exceptional, and the wine never stopped flowing. The team were so lovely with our guests – we had endless compliments. And finally, a little personal memory: it’s not exactly common for a bride to be hiding in the catering tent moments before the ceremony, but thanks to the rain that’s where I found myself – and it actually turned into one of the most special moments of the day. From the initial enquiry, tasting, planning and all the way through to the day the experience was outstanding! We had sharing platters which went down like an absolute treat with our guests. We also challenged Katie with 3 table plan changes between each course (who doesn’t love musical chairs) and all dietary requirements were covered with no mistake! You can tell Katie and Mark live and breathe this with such ease. Nothing was too much (and we had some fussy guests) and the food was delicious. Their team were so attentive and took away any extra stress you could imagine on a day that’s so important to you as a couple. We were even lucky enough to share their own wedding anniversary on our special day! I really wouldn’t look anywhere else, but book in fast because they’re always in very high demand!! From our very first interaction, their communication was amazing, friendly, prompt, and helpful, which made the whole process of planning our wedding menu feel exciting and completely stress-free. One of the highlights of our planning was the private tasting afternoon, where we got to try two starters, mains, and desserts to help us make our final choices. The team also used that time to walk us through the flow of our day, offering loads of helpful tips and thoughtful suggestions. We left feeling so well looked after and confident about everything. We settled on the duck salad to start, lamb for the main, and brownie for dessert, and every dish was stunning. So many of our guests have complimented the food since, and we’ve heard nothing but glowing feedback across the board. The canapés were also amazing, with such a great variety that there really was something for everyone. They added a lovely touch to the drinks reception and were beautifully presented.
